Women of Westside includes a variety of wonderful ministries organized by women for the women of our church and community.

Women's Bible Studies:

"Lifeline" and "Niteline" Bible studies meet on Thursday mornings and Monday evenings respectively from September to May.

These helpful times encourage women of all ages and backgrounds in their relationship with the Lord and with one another through fellowship, prayer and the study of God's Word. Childcare is provided. See the calendar for times and locations.

Girls Time Out:

Girls Time Out provides varied opportunities for women to get together at fun and casual events in order to get to know one another, deepen friendships, build lasting relationships and invite friends.

Women's Retreats:

Women get away from their normal routine by joining us at one of our fall women's retreats.  These retreats include times of practical Bible teaching taught by guest speakers and encouraging, refreshing times of interacting with other women.

Christmas Brunch and Bazaar:

This elegantly decorated Christmas event, held the first Saturday of December, is one of our favorite and most attended events of the year. Women keep coming back year after year, and they bring their neighbors and friends. 

Senior Ladies Luncheons:

Monthly luncheons for "senior women" (60+) are held in a local home.  In addition to a delicious meal, there is often a short program on interesting topics, including crafts, testimonies and slide shows.  These luncheons are normally held on the first Wednesday of the month.  See the calendar for dates and times.

TLC (Tender Loving Care):

We have the opportunity to express love, care and support for one another in times of joy as well as sadness.  TLC involves hospital visits, cards, Christian books, meals and flowers to those who are sick or otherwise hurting.

Other Special Events:

The women's ministry team loves to plan other special events.  Past activities have included spring ladies' teas, mother-daughter events, fashion shows, fall harvest parties, Valentine's dinners and desserts and summer "Connections" at the park.
